Sudhanshu Bansal

Biography

Sudhanshu coordinates the development of Underwriting guidelines that are based on Indian evidence and research. Currently, he is coordinating the development of the health underwriting management IT system for Indian health insurance companies. He has been involved in the development of clinical protocols, claims processing guidelines, medical underwriting recommendations and audit of TPA processes. He has also been involved in consulting assignments for Indian, Africa and US health insurance clients for TPA evaluation, process optimization, and training. He has also been a part of healthcare provider costing study and revisions for India and overseas. Prior to joining Milliman, he gained four years of multi-specialty clinical experience as a Resident Doctor in ER, polyclinics and medical/ surgical inpatient care.
