Vandana Bhardwaj

Biography

Vandana leads the overall management, P&L responsibility, operations, technical services and development initiatives for MedInsight India. MedInsight® is a platform for data warehousing and healthcare analytics. Vandana has led and mentored the MedInsight India team since 2005. She is responsible for implementation of MedInsight as well as managing development and QA/QC related activities by her team.Vandana possesses more than 17 years of diverse IT experience, with a range of technologies possessing significant exposure to multi-technical disciplines. She is compliant with MS architecture and cross-platform integration for enterprise solutions, parallel data warehouse modeling, BI solutions, security and QA processes. Vandana has a good understanding of U.S. and Indian healthcare insurance industry. With her background in multi-tier applications, big data analytics, best practices implementation, and project direction across functional teams, Vandana has spearheaded product development and management of solutions for medical underwriting, health risk analysis and claims processing. Over the course of her industry experience, she has managed engagement teams, projects, and clients for various verticals, including healthcare, insurance, manufacturing, and education.
