Biography

My core strength comprises of an indept knowledge of nutrition at the molecular and genome level. A work background in the diverse fields of molecular biology, hospital nutrition, drug discovery start-up, medico-marketing industry and in the design and creation of nutrition education courses has provided me a well-rounded experience in the nutrition industry.  Given that nutrition is not just about the food we eat but also the myriad chemical and molecular reactions that underpin life-long physiological responses, my passion and consequently my areas of expertise are pre-conception nutrition, maternal nutrition with an emphasis on fetal nourishment and child nutrition.
