Biography
Dr. Arun Kumar Sinha is Executive Director of Morepen Laboratories Limited. He has done his Post Graduation in Chemistry from Gorakhpur University in the year 1972 and Ph. D. in Chemistry from Kanpur University in the year 1996. He has also done Post Graduate Diploma in Personnel Management & Industrial Relations from Tech. Board of Education, U.R He has a professional experience of more than 36 years in pharmaceutical companies in different lines. He heads the Formulations facility of Morepen Laboratories Limited. Dr. Arun Kumar Sinha is the Whole Time Director of the Company and is serving the Company by providing his stewardship at the plant level. Considering his valued contribution in the conduct and growth of business, the Remuneration committee and the Board of Directors have recommended an increase in his remuneration from the existing levels.
