Biography
Ms. Manjula C aged 48 years, is a Law Graduate from Mysore. She is a practicing Advocate of High Court of Karnataka. She is talented and an accomplished advocate with extensive background, proven ability to implement effective procedures, enhance awareness among general public and increase advocacy about women issues. She is a social activist and has travelled widely around India. Ms Manjula C. was the Chairperson of Karnataka State Women Commission from January 2010 to January 2013, Judicial Member of District Consumer Disputes Redressal Forum, Shimoga from February 2008 to January 2010, Syndicate Member of Kuvempu University, Shimoga from February 2009 to February 2012 and Member of Central Social Welfare Board, Karnataka from November 2002 to November 2005.
