Biography
Dr. Bala Krishnamoorthy is an Associate Dean and professor in the Division of Business Environment and Strategy at NIMS Institute. She received PhD Management in 1997 from the University of Mumbai. Dr. Bala Krishnamoorthy has over 23 years of teaching experience. She has published many peer-reviewed research papers, 2 books, and 6 book chapters. She recently received Dewang Mehta Award for best teacher in strategy in 2012, Best teacher Award by School of business management in NMIMS 2010, Faculty Fellowship, "Global colloquium for participant centered learning," Harvard Business School, Boston and many more. She Developed course binders for the subjects research methodology, environmental management, principles of management for the School of Distance Learning Programmes of NMIMS.
