Biography
Dr. Padmanabha Aital is a Professor of Technology Management at NIMS Institute. He received his Ph.D from IITB Mumbai in the area of Software Reliability with thesis on’ Bayesian Model Applications in Software Reliability. He has 28 publications in refereed International Journals. He Guided 4 students for Ph.D and 200 students for dissertations/projects at PG level. He is Conference chair and Session chair for two International Conferences resp. His current research focuses mainly on Operations Management, Project Management (General & IT Project Management), BPM, Quality Management (General & Software Quality Management), Logistics & Supply Chain Management and Technology Management.
