Biography
Dr. Sasmita Misra is an Assistant professor in the field of Human resources management and organizational behavior. She did her doctoral research on the role of competency mapping in Talent Management. Her areas of interest have been Talent management, positive psychology and Organizational development. She is a post graduate in Industrial relations and personnel management and bachelor in law. Her research interests and publication has been in the areas of competency mapping, talent management and performance management. She has qualified UGC NET and has over 18 years of teaching and industrial exposure.
