Dr. Vinayak R. Gaikwad is an Assistant Professor of Electical Engineering at NIMS Institute. He has Teaching Experience of 06 years. He published nearly 11 research papers in international journals. He is Awarded with Gold medal For for the overall performance (Best Student Award) for M.Tech in Electrical Power systems at the Dr. Babasaheb Ambedkar Technological University, Lonere, Raigad. His current research focuses mainly on Smart Grid, Green Energy, Distributed Generation.
