Biography
Dr. Manju Gerard started her career as Research Associate at CSIR-National Physical Laboratory, New Delhi in 1997. She then joined as Associate Professor(Chemistry) at Allahabad Agricultural Institute, Allahabad in 2000. In Dec.,2007 she joined Department of Scientific & Industrial Research(DSIR), Ministry of Science & Technology, New Delhi as Scientist ‘D’ on deputation. She then moved to Office of Principal Scientific Adviser to the GoI, Vigyan Bhawan Annexe, New Delhi in 2012 as Scientist ‘E’. In 2015 she joined back Sam Higginbottom Institute of Agriculture, Science & Technology (Formerly Allahabad Agricultural Institute). Dr. Gerard joined NAARM as Principal Scientist on 14th October,2016. She has more than 20 publications to her credit and has guided 22 Masters and one Ph.D thesis as Major Advisor. Dr. Gerard has presented papers at various national & international forums and has experience in planning, monitoring and coordination of S&T research projects.
