Biography
Dr. N. Sandhya Shenoy Started career as Scientist S1 at Directorate of Rice Research (DRR), Hyderabad, in 1985. Later promoted to Scientist (senior scale) in 1990 at DRR and served there for 11 years. Joined NAARM as Senior Scientist in 1996 and promoted as Principal Scientist in 2004. At present working as Principal Scientist in Extension Systems Management division after holding the charge of the division for four and half years.

Participatory Methods, Gender Issues, ICT based e Extension Knowledge management, multilingual content module creation, Self help group processes and empowerment, Village adoption interventions
