Biography
Dr.K. Jayasankar is working as Scientist in the Materials Science and Technology Division of National Institute for Interdisciplinary Science and Technology (NIIST), Thiruvananthapuram, constituent Laboratory of the Council of Scientific and Industrial Research(CSIR).
Research Interest
(i) Pyrometallurgical processing of minerals and wastes materials. (ii) Value addition to the beach sand minerals (iii) High temperature plasma processing of e-waste and other fine materials. (iv) Mechanical milling/activation/alloying by high energy ball milling (dual drive planetary mill for industrial applications)
