Dr.Subrata Das is working as Scientist in the Materials Science and Technology Division of National Institute for Interdisciplinary Science and Technology (NIIST), Thiruvananthapuram, constituent Laboratory of the Council of Scientific and Industrial Research(CSIR).

1. Development of sharp line red, green and yellow emitting phosphor materials for lighting and display devices. 2.
