MEHTA is working as an Associate Professor in the Department of Organizational Behavior & Human Resource Management in the National Institute of Industrial Engineering, Mumbai, India. he has completed his Ph.D. from Nagpur University, M.A. from Psychologyin which he became Gold Medalist and MBA, B.Pharm.
