Dr. RUCHITA GUPTA is working as an Assistant Professor in the department of Engineering Technology and Project Management in the National Institute of Industrial Engineering, Mumbai, India. she has completed her Ph.D from Shailesh J. Mehta School of Management, Indian Institute of Technology, Bombay, M.Tech. from Motilal Nehru National Institute of Technology(MNNIT), Allahabad, B.E.Priyadarshini College of Engg. & Architecture, Nagpur. she published 4 articles.
