Dr. Vijaya Gupta is a Dean, Academic Affairs and Professor in Economics in the National Institute of Industrial Engineering, Vihar Lake, Mumbai, india. she honored with Junior Research Fellowship (NET) of UGC, 1984-87, Departmental Research Scholarship of the University of Rajasthan, 1983-84, Merit Certificates awarded for standing 1st in both the years of M.A. in the college, National Loan Scholarship 1981-83, Best Guide of the school in 1976 and 1978.
Research Interest
Dr. Vijaya Gupta focused on Environmental and agricultural economics- economics of climate change, socioeconomic impacts of climate change, environmental policy, carbon market, growth and environment (EKC), environmental valuation.
