Biography
Digambar A Chimankar is working as Associate Professor & Head, Centre for Wage Employment in National Institute of Rural Development and Panchayati Raj. Chinmankar completed his M.A (Economics); B.Ed. MPS (Population Studies); PhD (Population Studies). He has worked as Assistant Professor for 12 years (2005-2017) in the post Graduate Department of Population Studies, Fakir Mohan University, Balasore, Odisha and Working as a Associate Professor at NIRD&PR from May 2017.
