T Vijaya Kumar is working as Associate Professor, Centre for Human Resource Development in National Institute of Rural Development. Kumar completed M.Sc(Psychology), M.Sc(Zoology), M.Ed(Edln. Admn. & Mgt), M.Phil, Ph.D(Education). Vijaya Kumar has Started career as National Service Volunteer (NSV) at Nehru Yuva Kendra and worked as Teacher, Trainer and Researcher having 26 years of Experience. Since 2013 Associate professor at NIRD&PR. Kumar areas of interest in Psycho – Social dimensions of Rural Development, Social Sector Development (Poverty, Literacy, Education and Health); Organizational Behavior & Development, Human Resource Development; Development Management; Community Psychology.
