Mr. Pankaj Sharma , is currently working as Assistant Professor, Department of Electronics and Communication Engineering, National Institute of Technology Delhi. Mr. Pankaj Sharma research focuses on Design and growth of semiconductor nanostructures for optoelectronic devices. Fabrication and characterization of II-VI and III-V semiconductor devices, Photovoltaic devices, Photodetectors, Sensors, Materials science and engineering, Nanotechnology.
