Biography
Dr. N. Baskaran received his Ph. D from University of Madras in the year 1997. He did his postdoctoral in Indian Institute of Science, Bangalore and National Tsing Hua University, Taiwan till 2001. He worked as a Research Assistant Professor in Tufts University, Massachusetts, USA and University of Puerto Rico, San Juan, USA till the year 2007. His research interest aims at understanding some of the physical phenomena, such as, Glass transition, relaxation dynamics, Magneto-electric coupling and electronic structure correlations in condensed matter systems, using both experimental and theoretical methods.
