Biography
Dr. Lavanya V has completed her M.Phil and Ph.D. She has specialized in Human Resources and her professional interests include Business Communication, Business Law, Human Resources Management, Organizational Behaviour and Entrepreneurship Management. She has done various research work related to her specialization. Some of her papers are "A study on job satisfaction in service institution- context and model bound approach", "A Conglomerate model for identification of the interaction between job satisfaction and job performance in a service institution- A Context Bound Approach".
