Biography
Professor Kumar Abhijeet holds a Bachelor of Science degree (2003) from Kirori Mal College, University of Delhi and a Bachelor of Laws degree (2009) from Faculty of Law, University of Delhi. He also holds a Post Graduate Diploma in International Trade Law from Indian Law Institute, Delhi. Soon after acquiring Master of Laws degree (2011) from National Law School of India University (NLSIU), Bangalore, was offered to join NLSIU as a faculty member and for the past five years Mr. Kumar Abhijeet has been teaching at his alma mater. Has qualified UGC National Eligibility Test (NET) for Assistant Professorship and has experience of teaching Jurisprudence, Environmental Law, Alternate Dispute Resolution, Human Rights and Space Law to the undergraduate, post graduate students both regular and distance education students of NLSIU. Was Linnaeus-Palme fellow to Royal Institute of Technology, Stockholm (Sweden). Part of his Masters study and dissertation was done at this Institute. Was Erasmus Mundus fellow to Department of Public International Law, Gent University, Belgium. Kumar is also a Research Scholar at the Institute of Air and Space Law, University of Cologne, Germany.
