Biography
Prof. Arpitha H.C. Assistant Professor (Ad.Hoc)B B.A., LL.B (Hons.) from M.S Ramaiah College of Law, Bengaluru (2008),LL.M in Corporate Law and Governance from NALSAR University of Law, Hyderabad( 2010). She Joined NLSIU in 2010 as the Assistant Coordinator, Distance Education Department and was re-designated as an Assistant Professor of Law in 2013. She is presently the Editor of the Journal of Law and Public Policy, (NLSIU). She has been the Assistant Editor of a Book titled “Contracts, Agreements and Public Policy in India” (NLSIU Book Series I), She has been the Editor of the IN LAW magazine (Issue 1 and 2 of NLSIU). She has participated and presented various Research papers at National and International Seminars, Conferences and workshops. She has been the Resource Person for various Training Programmes and Workshops as well. Her Areas of specialization include Corporate Laws, Competition Law, Law of Contracts and Right to Information.
