Biography
Prof. (Dr.)T.V. Subba Rao Visiting Professor B.Sc (1973); B.L. (1976); M.L. (1978, 1st Class) all from S.V. University, Ph.D. (1986) Mysore University. Prof. T.V. Subba Rao, Visiting Professor, Director, Research and Development Council is considered as good teacher, able academician and efficient administrator, the support for which is drawn from his academic and professional background and 37 years of experience at various levels.Prof. Rao made marked contributions in rationalising and strengthening the administrative reforms and systems in the Universities where he worked. He has been instrumental in facilitating the university’s access to funds under the various schemes of the UGC and from other agencies. He held many academic, administrative and supervisory positions in the University system. To Illustrate few, he was First Rector (2005-2007); First Dean, CDC( 2007-2010); First Dean, Academic Affairs (2005);First Director, Distance Education Centre (2000-2005); Dean School of Social Sciences (1999-2001).
