Biography
Amrendra has obtained LL.B. and LL.M. with specialization in Public International Law, Intellectual Property Law and Law of Contract from the historic Banaras Hindu University. He has been a holder of UGC-Merit Scholarship at LL.B. and LL.M. level. He has qualified UGC-NET. His current area of interest is Public International Law, Patent Law and pursuing Ph.D on issues related to human gene patenting. He has participated in the training programme on Filing, Processing, Content of Patent Specification organized by National Institute for Intellectual Property Management, Nagpur. He has been the Resident Administrator for the Microsoft Intellectual property Scholarship for the year 2009-10 in Hidayatullah National Law University, Raipur. He has participated in various seminars relating to Intellectual Property Law, Public International Law and Constitutional Law. He is the member of Indian Society of International Law, New Delhi. Prior to joining National Law University, Orissa as Assistant Professor, he was working as an Assistant Lecturer at the Hidayatullah National Law University, Raipur.

Criminal Law, Criminal Procedure, Law of Evidence, Criminology, Juvenile Justice, Human Rights and Jurisprudence.
