Biography
Presently, he servers as Associate Professor of Law (April 2016), Prior to this he was a Assistant Professor of Corporate Law( June,2007-April,2016) and Assistant Professor of Law(September 2006-June,2007) at National Law Institute University, Bhopal. Before joining at NLIU in the month of September 2006, he was associated with Department of Legal Studies, University of Madras as , Student, University Research Fellow(2002-05), Project Assistant (2005-06, Chair in IPR, MHRD, GOI) and also Resource Person to the Institute of Distance Education, Madras University(2002-06) to deliver lectures on PCP programmes relating to law(Diploma in Law). He has taught at the Institute of Company Secretaries Institute, Chennai (2005-06). Besides above academic and research endeavour he has been participating in extra-academic activities. He has been as Visiting Faculty to Gujarat National Law University, Gandhingar (2009), RMNLU, Lucknow(2009) and KIIT(2014).
Research Interest
Corporate Law , Securities Law, Private International Law, International Law, Constitutional Law, and Competition Law.
