Biography
He did his LL.B from Calcutta University in 2001 and LL.M from West Bengal National University of Juridical Sciences, in 2005. He was awarded the Nani .V. Pallkiwala Gold Medal for overall best performance in LL.M. Thereafter he has been recipient of a Tuition Merit Scholarship from the Case Western Reserve University to pursue a second LL.M degree in U.S in 2007, but he declined for personal reasons. Recently he was awarded a SUN Scholarship from the Central European University (CEU), Budapest, Hungary, to participate in the course entitled "Teaching Law, Human Rights and Ethics".
