Biography
Ms. Julian Seal Pasari did her LL.B. from Calcutta University. Thereafter she practiced law for about three years in the High Court of Jharkhand, Ranchi. She then went on to do her LL.M. from The West Bengal National University of Juridical Sciences, Kolkata on S. Gopalkrishnan Scholarship for Academic Excellence. She is currently pursuing her Ph.D. from the same University.
