Biography
Satish Chand did MSc.(Mathematics) from IIT Kanpur, M.Tech. (Computer Science) from IIT Kharagpur, and PhD (Computer Science) from Jawaharlal University, Delhi. I like to teach new courses to have broader idea, not only in Computer Engg, but communication, signal processing. My research areas vary accordingly starting from Video broadcasting, image processing, watermarking, steganography, etc. Generally I supervise scholars in almost all areas especially having mathematical component. Recently I have supervised one scholar in the area of sensor networks comprising heterogeneous models for enhancing network lifetime. My way of supervising research starts from understanding the basics of areas, which I learn from the scholar. One I get fair idea about basics, I advise to go through latest literature and apprise me. Then I along with scholar discuss different aspects of the published works. This helps to develop a scholar research aptitude.
Research Interest
