Biography

Mr. Prabhuswami Hiremath, currently working as a Lecturer in Psychiatric Nursing at Krishna Institute of Nursing Sciences, Karad, India. He has completed post graduation in psychiatric nursing from Rajiv Gandhi University of Health Sciences, Bangalore, India. He has been awarded as a Best Teacher in university and received “Florence Nightingale National Excellence Award” by International Institute for social And Economic Reforms, New Delhi, India. He is reviewer and editorial board member for many international journals and having many scientific paper publication and presentation to his credit. His area of interest are Mental Health, Issues related to Hospitalized Patients, Clients with Cancer and terminally ill, Health Promotion, Child Psychiatry, Geriatric Psychiatry, Alcoholism, Social support, teaching and learning, Clinical teaching.
