Biography
Dr. Bhajan Lal has a Doctoral Degree in Management from Indian Institute of Technology. Roorkee (IITR). He has done his post graduation with dual specialization Human Resource Management & Marketing Management from Choudhary Devi Lal University Sirsa, Haryana. His Area of teaching includes human resource management, organizational behavior, international human resource management, compensation management, organizational change and development. He started his career from University Business School, Guru Nanak Dev University and worked there for one year. Then he joined Panipat institute of Engineering and Technology for two year as assistant professor. He has delivered several lectures as resource person in Management Development Programmes and Faculty development Programmes. He is very much inclined towards the research and has several national and international publications in his credit. He has also attended several national and international conferences as well. His publications are having more than twenty five citation which demonstrates his contribution towards research and its acknowledgement. His thrust area of research is human capital creation, employee satisfaction and commitment, training and development.
