Biography
Dr. Bhoomi Mehta has received her doctoral degree in Management from Gujarat Technological University, Ahmedabad for her research in Microfinance. She completed her post graduate in Management with specialization in Finance from B. K. School of Business Management, Ahmedabad. She has been a university rank holder during her graduation in commerce and stood at sixth position in entire state in the entrance exam of post graduate programme. She has more than seven years of teaching experience in post graduate programme. She has been a visiting faculty at several management institutes namely B. K. School of Business Management, Somlalit School of Business Management, SAL Institute of Management and Institute of Forensic Science, Gujarat Forensic Science University. She has published several research papers in various national journals. She has written a chapter in a book titled “Case Studies in Management” published by Himalaya Publication in year 2016. She has contributed in development of course material of “Corporate Taxation” at Gujarat Technological University in year 2011. Her teaching and research interest areas include financial management, working capital management, micro-finance and financial accounting.
