Dr. Gulshan Sharma

Biography

Dr. Sharma has completed his B. Tech in Electrical Engineering from Punjab Technical University, Jalandhar in 2007, M.Tech in Electrical Power System from Jamia Millia Islamia University, New Delhi in 2009 and Doctorate in Electrical Engineering from Malaviya National Institute of Technology, Jaipur, India in 2015. Dr. Sharma was a postdoctoral research fellow in the Department of Electrical Electronics and Computer Engineering, University of Pretoria, South Africa from August 01, 2015 to August 04, 2016. He was also worked as principal investigator on external funded project having a grant of Rands1.6 Millionby CBI Electric Chair of Power Electronics & Power Systems: Issues related to installation of circuit breakers in renewable based energy systems. He is also working as Co-supervisor of Ph.D. research scholar (Mr. Tutu Diambomba: u15315623) enrolled at the University of Pretoria, Pretoria, South Africa. He is also a regular reviewer of various reputed SCI journals such as IEEE Transaction on Power Systems, IEEE Transaction on Energy Conversion, Int. Journal of Electrical Power & Energy Systems, Electric Power Component and System Journal, IET GTD, IET-RPG, Int. Journal of Green Energy, International Transactions on Electrical Energy Systems etc.
