Biography
Currently working as Assistant Professor of Law at Institute of Law, Nirma University Ahmedabad, Gujarat. He obtained his LL.M with specialization in IPR from Gujarat National Law University, Gandhinagar, Gujarat. He also possess a Post Graduate Diploma in Intellectual Property Rights from National Law School of India University, Bangalore. He has interned in prestigious Law Firms/Institution such as K & S Partners, Bangalore, Lall Lahiri & Salhotra, Gurgaon, National Innovation Foundation, Ahmedabad amongst other. Being a visiting research scholar, he was selected as a part of student exchange programme on full scholarship to pursue his LL.M dissertation research on the topic "Plant Varieties Protection and Farmers Rights: Impact of International initiatives on developing countries with specific reference to India & Malaysia" under Prof. Gurdial S Nijar, Director, Centre of Excellence for Biodiversity Law, Faculty of Law, University of Malaya, Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia. His area of interest includes, Farmers rights vis-a-vis breeders rights, Traditional knowledge, ADR Current Activities : My current area of research work is focused on Plant Varieties Protection (PVP) and Farmers' Rights, ADR
