Biography
I have 14 years of research and teaching experience with organizations of repute. I have received research grant worth Rs. 3.6 lacks from Gujcost, Gujarat. Also received travel grant of worth Rs 1.35 lacks from DST for attending international conference at Lisbon, Portugal. I have published 28 papers in journals of national and international repute. Received Best paper award (pharmaceutics) in January 2015 by IDMA. Currently I am guiding six Ph. D. students and a few M. Pharm students at Institute of Pharmacy in area of Development of CR formulations, dissolution enhancement, dry powder inhaler, lipidic drug delivery system, nanoparticles etc. Two of my Ph D student received woman scientist (26 lacks) and CSIR (12 lakhs) fellowship.
Research Interest
Formulation development and optimization of : lipidic drug delivery systems, controlled release formulations, Dry powder inhaler, Novel drug delivery systems, dissolution enhancement etc.
