Biography

I have more than 12 years of teaching and research experience. 38 Research and review articles published in reputed Indian and International journals as well as one reference book entitled “Essential Web Resources in Pharmacy”. Attended various state, national and international level conferences, seminars, workshops, symposium, and STTPs. Presented more than 45 presentations as author or co-author in various state level, national level and international level. conferences, symposium and seminars from which the posters are awarded 1st prize, 2nd prize, 3rd prize and 4th prize for best poster presentations. Chaired scientific session at International Society of Ethnopharmacology conference. Reviewer for reputed international journals. Recognized post graduate and Ph.D. guide of Nirma University. Research areas of interest are clinical and pre-clinical studies, gastrointestinal disorders including cancer, ocular pharmacology and cardiovascular complications. Life member of professional bodies like ISE, IPA, IPGA and IPS. Consultant to pharma industries like Troikaa Pharmaceuticals pvt. Ltd, Ahmedabd and Intas Biopharmaceuticals Ltd, Ahmedabad. Received minor research project grant from Nirma University worth Rs. 100000/-.
