Biography
Dr. Shreshtha Dabral has a Doctoral Degree in Management from Mohan Lal Sukhadia University, Udaipur and MBA in Human Resource Management from Gujarat University. She has also cleared National Eligibility Test (NET) for lectureship conducted by University Grants Commission, New Delhi. She has more than six years of experience in her academic career and around two years in Corporate. She has served at as a full time faculty at various Institutes namely Lingaya’s Group New Delhi, Institute of management studies, Noida and St. Kabir Institute of Professional studies, Ahmedabad. She has also worked with Excel Publishing house as a content developer and her association with Academy of HRD, Ahmedabad was as a research associate. Her areas of teaching and research include Human resource management, Organisational behaviour, Training & Development and personality development. She has attended various national conferences and presented papers.
