Biography
Dr. Subrat Sahu has 20 years of teaching, research and industry experience. He has research interest in the area of Customer Relationship Management, Business-to-Business Marketing, Services Marketing, Consumer Behaviour and Corporate Social Responsibility. He has published case study, research papers and articles in reputed referred journals, conference proceedings and also as chapters in edited books. He has presented papers in national and international conferences both in India and abroad. He has conducted several in-company training and management development programmes for public and private sector company executives.
