Biography
Dr. Tejas Rajeshbhai Shah is an assistant professor in marketing area. He has done his MBA in marketing and Ph.D. in Management. He has around 12 years of experience in management teaching. He has attended various national and international conferences and presented papers. He has won awards for the best research paper at national and international conferences. His papers have been published in peer reviewed national and international journals. He is also actively involved in various Faculty Development Programmes in area of research methodology and data analysis using SPSS. His research interests include Marketing through Digital and Social Media, Analyzing Consumer Behaviour and Service Value Co-creation. His current teaching interests are Digital Marketing and Social Media Marketing, Service Marketing, Consumer Behaviour and Retail Marketing.
