Biography
Prof. Khyati Shah is an Associate Chartered Accountant. She has done her MBA in Finance from Gujarat University and has also pursued a Certificate Course in Forensic Accounting and Fraud Detection offered by the ICAI. Before joining the Institute, she has worked with Institute of Law, Nirma University. She has taught courses in Accounting, Audit and Taxation at UG and PG level. She has been invited as a speaker to deliver talks on the Constitutional aspects of Taxation and Excise Duty in the Certificate Course on Indirect Taxes organized in Baroda, Surat and Ahmedabad by the WIRC of ICAI. She has won the Best Paper Award at a National Conference organized by Institute of Law, Nirma University for a co-authored paper. Her areas of interest are Forensic Accounting and Taxation.
