Biography
Dr. Mahesh K.C is a PhD in Statistics (Saurashtra Univaersity, Rajkot) and M.Sc. in Statistics (St. Thomas' College, Thrissur, Calicut University). He has been in academics for 14 years. He began his career at PG Department of Statistics, St. Thomas' College, Thrissur. He worked as academic associate at IIM-Ahmedabad. Before joining Institute of Management, he was full time faculty at SLIMS, Ahmedabad. He has taught courses like Probability Distributions, Measure Theory, Probability Theory, Statistical Inference, Quantitative Techniques, and Operations Research to M.Sc., MBA and PGDM participants. He has published research papers in reputed international journals. He also has presented papers at several national and international conferences. His research interests are in the area of Directional Data Analysis, Robust Statistics and Statistical Finance.
