Prof. Tripurasundari - Joshi

Biography

Tripurasundari Joshi has post graduate qualifications in Science and Business Management. She has a UGC NET certification and thirteen years of corporate experience in business development, corporate planning and management consultancy in the managerial cadre. She has carried out numerous research and business advisory assignments for clients like Grasim Industries, Arvind Mills, Gujarat Maritime Board, IDBI, Exim Bank, Cargill, TIDCO and SEWA among others. She has worked on technology status and techno market assessment studies for DSIR, Government of India and also executed several World Bank and ADB funded projects. Since 1999, she has been involved as a full time core faculty in the Marketing area in Business Management and been active in institution building activities in various academic administrative capacities. She has authored several books, monographs and technical notes and presented and published research at/in national and international conferences /publications. She has been invited by national institutes of repute like NIFT, MICA, NID, CEPT and others to handle management courses as a resource person. She has also been invited by corporate houses to facilitate their "Train the Trainers' programs. Besides, she has been invited as a subject expert in a number of dissertation evaluation and recruitment panels of various B schools and university departments. She has visited leading universities and government departments in Sydney, Melbourne, Brisbane, Adelaide, Perth in Australia as also in Singapore for academic, business and research interactions.
