Prof. Viraj Mukeshbhai Parekh

Biography

Prof.Viraj Parekh has completed her M.Tech(Infrastructure Engineering and Management) from Pandit Deendayal Petroleum University, Gandhinagar, Gujarat in 2015 and B.E.(Civil Engineering) from Gujarat Technological University in 2013. Prior to Nirma University, she has worked with Silver Oak College of Engineering and Technology, Ahmedabad, as Assistant Professor in Civil Engineering Department. As part of M.Tech Dissertation, she has worked with Institute of Seismological Research, Gandhinagar, on "Development of Correlation between Intensity and Peak Ground Acceleration for the Gujarat State" under the guidance of Dr.Kapil Mohan. As final year project of B.E., she has developed a working model of "Combined Solar House" which was honored with AA Grade. She has visited Technion University, Israel for her training on "Entrepreneurship and Management" as a sponsored student. She has done her practical training on the project of "Affordable Housing Township" at Sheth Construction Company, Bhavnagar.
