Biography
Iqbal is the Group Finance Director of the Chellaram Group of Companies. A Chartered Accountant, he spent most of his career the City of London where he was a Corporate Finance partner at Deloitte advising on mergers and acquisitions, IPO’s, private equity and capital raising. Although working with some of the most respected names in the UK financial industry his particular focus was on understanding and helping in the development of entrepreneurial businesses. He joined the Chellaram Group in 2003 where he has been instrumental in developing investment opportunities and in raising and deploying finance.
