Biography
She has 9 years of rich experience in spearheading various facets of HR both in Corporate & at the Plant level for the Vedanta Group which has revenue of about $14 billion. Successfully led teams, developed & implemented strategies in a growth environment. My exposure is primarily in the core HR functions and currently looking after the People Development & Capability Building vertical in the Vedanta group. Have worked extensively in the field of Talent Acquisition, Performance Management, Talent Management, L&D, Employee Engagement, C&B, HR automation & other strategic OD initiatives.
