Currently working in Novozymes South Asia Pvt. Ltd., Bangalore as a Research Associate in Household Care Application Research. Employed in high throughput screening of enzymes to endure performance till FSW. Working closely with global and local customers for short washing demo development. Possess comprehensive knowledge of Biotechnology, Microbiology, Biochemistry, Enzymology, Molecular Biology, Bioinformatics, Functional Food, Food Science and Nutrition, Bioinformatics and IPR. Strongest points is my self- motivation; analytical thinker and ablility to scrutinize, improve and streamline complex work processes.
Research Interest
Detergents, Surfactants, Enzymes, Functional starter cultures, fermented food, probiotic bio-markers, molecular characterization, comparative analysis, delivery of probiotics in traditional and non - traditional food vehicles, application of enzymes.
