Biography
Dr. Ghosh is an Instructor of International Air Transport Association (IATA) and having a decade of experience in tourism industry & education. He has completed his PhD in Business Administration from the University of Burdwan. He has qualified UGC-NET and also has qualified IATA Instructors’ Technique course from IATA, Singapore. His main research interest lies in the areas of Service Marketing, Efficiency Analysis and Development of Tourism. He has published scholarly articles in prestigious journals, edited books and one book has been published by Scholars’ Press from Germany. Educational Credentials: B.Com, MBA (Tourism, Burdwan University), Ph.D (Burdwan University) B.Com (H), MBA (Tourism) from Burdwan University. IATA instructor of Techniques Courses, IATA Singapore.
