She has worked as an Assistant Professor(HR) for the period of 2008-2015 at Durgapur Institute of Mgmt & Science,Bidhannagar-Durgapur.After that she has worked as an Assistant professor in CSE dept from 2015-2016 at BCETW, Durgapur. Area of Interest : Human Resource Management,Organisational Behaviour,Organisational Development,Psychology Paper Publication details : Presented a paper at the International ConferenceICBIM-2012 organised by NIT, Durgapur titled “Employee Retention in the Service Industry: An Integrative Review And Meta-Analysis Of The Emperical Literature”. Paper published in their book with ISBN : 978-81- 8424- 744-2.Presented in absentia a paper on “The Looming Spectre of Recession – Its Impact on Global Human Resource Management” at the Seventh AIMS International Conference on Management(AIMS-7) in December, 2009 conducted by IIM Bangalore. Abstract published in CD and souvenir of conference proceedings.Presented a paper on “Recession-Its impact on HR” at an AICTE sponsored national seminar, organized by “IEM”, Lucknow in Sept, 2009.Abstract published in their conference souvenir.
