Biography
Teaching and Industry: He has around 6 years of experience in academics and industry. He has worked as consultant optometrist in several eye institutes including Sankara Nethralaya, Chennai and Kolkata. Research and Publication: He has been involving in several project and research work of which the topic “Impact of correcting visual impairment and low vision in deaf-mute students in Pune, India” has been published in Indian Journal of Ophthalmology in 2016. Educational Credentials: M.Optm, Fellow (LVPEI) He has passed Bachelor in Optometry and Vision Science from West Bengal University of Technology and Master of Optometry from Bharati Vidyapeet Deemed University, Pune. He also has completed thirteen months comprehensive fellowship in Clinical Optometry from L V Prasad Eye Institute, Hyderabad. His areas of interests are Low Vision and Applied Optics in Optometry.
