Biography
Educational Credentials: Post Graduate, Pursuing Doctoral studies (Marketing) Dr Soumen Chatterjee, is a graduate from Birla Institute of Technology, Mesra, Ranchi and a post graduate from Indian Institute of Technology, Dhanbad (previously known as Indian School of Mines, Dhanbad). He has completed his PhD from Department of Business Administration, University of Burdwan. He is currently heading the Department of Management Studies under NSHM College of Management & Technology, Durgapur. He has several academic papers published in National and International journals. He has presented research papers in National and International Seminars and Conferences as well. He has won the outstanding award in 2nd National Convention on Responsible Leader at XLRI, Jamshedpur. He has a rich industry experience with Tata Pharma, Merind Limited (Tata Group) and Zenith Computers Limited. He had handled government projects and consultancies with West Bengal Industrial Development Corporation – WBIDC, Government of West Bengal, Micro Small and Medium Enterprise, Government of India and many NGO’s in the district of Burdwan. He has been associated as examiner with Lincon University, Malaysia and a member of the International Editorial Review Board for IGI Global, Chocolate Avenue, USA. His area of interest is in Marketing Management, Educational Leadership, Distributed Team Management, and Educational Consulting
